Any order that doesn't arrive in perfect condition, either from a flaw in printing or physical damage, will be replaced at no cost or hassle to you. Please contact us at support@konnqer.com before returning your order.
All requests to replace damaged canvases must be submitted within seven (7) days of the date that the item is received.
What if I just don’t love my canvas?
If the print you ordered isn’t perfect for your space or you are unhappy with the results, we would love the opportunity to work with you on a resolution.
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges due to the high cost of shipping items this size and because all items are custom-made and printed on demand.
